REFUND POLICY

At Masq Leather, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. For us, customer satisfaction is a priority. All our products are checked for quality before shipping. Should a product be faulty and not meet our standards, we will happily work with you to find a solution based on our policies below.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, a store credit will be given and instructions will be sent on how and where to send your package.  

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to our products either being handmade or limited inventory, we do not process direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee stock. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and a store credit is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items marked down online, or purchased during a sale or promotion, or items that have been used, soiled, washed or damaged by the customer are a final sale.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
